As with any trade please check the company you are engaging with. This poor customer drafted us in to repair the mess that was left after they had paid a tradesman to install a new artificial lawn for them.
Unfortunately there are a lot of people jumping on the bandwagon selling poor quality grasses, not having the skill to install it and leaving customer in a mess.
Check their Google Reviews, check they are registered at Companies House and check what guarantees they give.
This is the 5th installation we have had to rescue a customer from in 2018.
After repairing the bad job, the customer could finally relax and enjoy the garden they were originally hoping for.
