We will deliver the majority of orders ourselves using our white van service. This ensures maximum customer service and much less chance for error.

Smaller orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch.

We will usually contact you to arrange delivery.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a refund or replacement.

We CANNOT accept returns for cut lengths of artificial grass - this is because it is a custom order that has been cut to a length to suit you therefore would not be possible to sell on if returned.

If your grass arrives damaged or faulty then, in this instance, we will accept a return.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
